From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we were treated like royalty. the service was impeccable, with attentive staff catering to our every need. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering luxurious treatments that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning, surrounded by a lush garden area and equipped with a poolside snack bar. Our room was also a standout, with exclusive amenities and a private balcony overlooking the Nile.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a rooftop pool. While there was a seasonal outdoor pool available, we would have loved to relax and take in the view from a higher vantage point.

The organization was impressive, from airport pick, ups to the tours. the meals were amazing, with a variety of authentic dishes to choose from. the ship was clean and well, maintained, with comfortable beds.
The Wi, Fi was not available, so keep in mind to have a data plan. the docking point was far from downtown and required a taxi.

We had an organized and stress-free trip with excellent service from the crew. The facility was clean and the bedding comfortable. We enjoyed authentic and tasty meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The educational and scenic nile cruise was a once in a lifetime must-do destination.

What a weekend! We had a great time in this floating hotel. The staff were friendly, and the facility was clean and well-kept. Location-wise, it was well-positioned for both Aswan and Luxor tours. The meals were delicious, and the high tea was the cherry on top of the cake.
The stops at Kol Ombo, Edfu, and Esna felt rushed and didn't leave enough time to visit the local merchant stalls. , the lack of WiFi was frustrating, and the distance to downtown was not ideal.

Experience the Nile in luxury on this well-organized cruise. the crew was attentive, the ship was clean, and the meals were delicious and authentic. Comfortable cabins with private showers and portals to watch the riverside and stars at night. Enjoy high tea at 3:30pm included in the base fare. Take advantage of the little gift store with clothing and jewelry and the few board games and books that are available.
Some stops are a bit rushed and don't allow time for visiting the stalls of merchants.

The organization of the trip was impeccable. Drivers and tour guides were always punctual. The ship crew provided excellent service and answered all our questions. The facility was clean and well-maintained. The meals were tasty and authentic.
